If payment has already been received, a full refund will be processed.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may occasionally be affected by public holidays, courier delays, severe weather or high order volumes.

08.Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligible products may be returned within our published returns period provided they are unused, remain in original condition, include original packaging and tags, and meet our Returns Policy.

Certain products may not qualify for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where possible.

Processing times depend on your payment provider and banking institution.
